Gift Certificate Policy:
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced, or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash.
Product Return:
All sales on products are final.
Package Sales:
All package sales are final sale after 30 days. After the 30-day period, we can issue you a store credit
Service Return:
If you are unsatisfied, we would like you to consult and communicate with your service provider and come up with a solution together. Client redo’s will only be honored within 7 days of the original service.
If a client is unhappy with the results of a service and has consulted with and received a redo and is still not happy, we will use reasonable and fair judgment on any decision to refund the client.
New Client Appointments:
All new clients are required to pay a 50% deposit in order to reserve your appointment.
Late Policy:
If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know. We offer a 15 min grace period to everyone.
Cancellations / NO SHOW:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
Any Appointment Cancelled before 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the service.
NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of their services.
After two no calls no shows, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of service will be required prior to booking.
Spa Parties:
Large parties will be asked to pay in full 30 days prior to their services.
Packages:
ALL package sales are final after 30 days.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS:
Please add an accurate depiction of any health conditions such as allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or special needs which may affect your services.
Some treatments such as Permanent Make Up are not recommended for clients who have certain conditions. For your safety we require a doctor’s clearance before beginning treatment, particularly in the face of the following conditions:
• Cancer
• Cardiovascular conditions, including high or low blood pressure
• Swollen or painful lymph nodes
• Undiagnosed skin rash or thrombosis
• New injury of any kind
• Open sores
• Arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid)
• Diabetes
• Blood Disorder and Disease
CHILDREN & VISITORS:
We do not recommend clients to bring children or visitors. If you are accompanied by a child, the child must stay with you at all times. Any adult visitors that accompany you to your appointment are not allowed to record your service.
AGE REQUIREMENTS:
All clients under the age of 18 must have a signed consent form and be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent.
